And away we go
I was quite happy with my run today. I took yesterday off but didn't want to lose my momentum. Chris is still home from work with broken ribs, so my schedule is off.
Today was a hill run. I kept it at 5.0 for most of it, but slowed to 4.0 for a few minutes. I love that I have an incline again! It really makes me feel I got a good workout in.
