Cautiously back at it

My ankle is beginning to feel so much better. This morning I started back on the treadmill, this time with a beginner runners program. This morning was a focus strength and stretching. I feel pretty good. It was only about 20 minutes, but I felt all of it!!!

On to other news. I lost my dietbet round by 1.8 pounds.


My goal for the next round is 181.2, that's almost 6 pounds. I can do this. BRING IT ON!
