I really and truly did not want to do my workout this morning. When my alarm went of, I reset it for 0515, the time I need to get up to do my minimum chores and get ready for work. Well, Hanna decided she needed to go potty, so I let her out the front door and waited, and waited and waited. After almost 10 minutes I called and went out looking for her to no avail. I came back inside to get my shoes and low and behold she had come back in the dog door and was in the bed! Needless to say I was awake so I thought to myself I might as well go run. So, I think I deserve extra credit for this run!
Anyway, it turned out to be a pretty good run. I ran at 5.0 on the incline (4%) and walked at 3.5 on the decline (technically incline but at 2%). This was a track run so no amazing views to look at. I watched my fish and listened to my music. Tomorrow I am running 2 miles in Vaxjo, Sweeden!
iFit is really great at keeping me motivated. I got this email this morning! 5 workouts complete, I have a trend going on here!
