Here we are towards the end of our run.
We got a great view of the Opera House and the bridge.
Once we got to the opera house, we did some cool down stretches, This run was an interval type run. We started with a warm up jog at 4.2. The incline of the treadmill followed the terrain that the trainer was on. We did 4 sets of 30 seconds at 5.7 with rest periods at 4.2. The whole workout lasted about 20 minutes. I am excited to be a part of this program! It should be a lot of fun and just my speed!
