All up hill



As you can tell from the title of this post, this run was ALL UP HILL. All of it! That is 2 days in a row of big hills. Once I got to a 5% grade, I slowed down to a walk for the rest of the incline. Once the treadmill went to 0% I upped my speed to 5.0 then 6.0 for the last 2 minutes. I guess this treadmill is making up for the other one not being able to incline HAHAHA

Anyway, this workout program is pretty good. I am already looking forward to my run tomorrow!
