Let the Training Begin


Week 1 Day 2???

Ok so I accidentally clicked the wrong day, but still had a great workout. I will do Day 1 tomorrow. 

I joined a Beginner's Run Program. Today was interval training. As the speed increased, the incline decreased and vice versa. It was a great first workout.

One thing I really like is the fact that my warm up and cool down are separate from my actual run! Game Changer! I can track my pace more accurately and predict my finish time better too.

I think I will post my weekly stats every Friday. Here they are for this week. Not much, I know, but every journey starts with one single step.
