So, tonight was a one woman concert. I wonder why both dogs decided to stay upstairs tonight? They would have had front row seats! HAHAHA OK, so I sound like a tractor, stuck in 1st gear, under water hee hee.
I started doing beginner planks tonight after my "run" for 30 seconds. Ugh, I am so out of shape. Good thing I have all summer to get back into shape!
