3.1 25 Minutes and Counting


Tonight's workout was really good. Here's the breakdown:
5 min @ 3.0
5 min @ 3.5
5 min @ 4.0
5 min @ 3.5
5 min @ 3.0

I am feeling pretty strong still and am looking forward to adding 5 minutes next week. I didn't sing tonight, but will tomorrow!

Here are my 3.0 pictures minus 6 pounds LOL. I will post pics every few weeks to keep myself motivated. What plans do you have for the week?
