1.1 Let's try this again

I "wogged" 1 mile on the treadmill tonight. This will be a short week since I'm headed to SLC for a quick visit. Time to get serious!

My plan this week is to just get moving.  I'd like to add about a half mile or so each day but that is not as important as actually getting on the treadmill.
