OK so, I have been running off and on the last month. I am holding steady at 178. I am ready to get serious about training and my diet. Here are my monthly pics to keep me on track. I am looking a little bit smaller, I think, but I would like to BE a lot smaller!
Tonight's workout was 30 minutes including a 5 minute warmup and cool down. (20 minutes of actual running) I felt pretty strong during the run and recovered quickly. After my run, I did 10 "wimpy" push ups and 10 knee ups. Tomorrow is a holiday so I plan to do my long run, 3 miles. I will walk the first 5 minutes the kick it up to a fast jog (5.1) until I hit 3 miles and finish up with a 5 min walk. I am so ready to do this!!!!
I've got my eye on a new treadmill, a NordicTrack! It's pretty pricey but it is super duper cool. I'm hoping to get it in the next 6 months or so, we will see.
